A Nanny On The Net only places Nannies who have a minimum of three (3) years of professional childcare experience, and who are CPR/First-Aid certified. Upon completion of a thorough written application, our Nannies participate in a personal interview and are required to submit for verification three references in the field of childcare. In addition, our Nannies undergo a comprehensive background screening that includes a statewide criminal check by a licensed investigator, department of motor vehicles check, and credit check.

In addition to helping you locate the ideal Nanny to join your family, A Nanny On The Net can provide a user-friendly guide on the legal and financial aspects of employing a Nanny, including information on establishing a Nanny employment contract, continuing education for your Nanny, Nanny health insurance, and payroll and tax services.

$1800.00	Full-time Nanny Placement Fee (35 plus hours per week) (due upon hire)
$2500.00	Live-In Nanny Placement Fee (due upon hire)

Our Guarantee For Permanent Placements:

A Nanny On the Net is pleased to offer a ninety-day guarantee for permanent placements. If for any reason, (other than family relocation or a change in job description), should the Nanny placement not work out within the first ninety-days of the original contract, A Nanny On The Net will provide a replacement Nanny at no additional charge to the family.
