In addition, our Nannies undergo a comprehensive background screening that includes a statewide criminal check by a licensed investigator, department of motor vehicles check, and credit check.
In addition to helping you locate the ideal Nanny to join your family, A Nanny On The Net can provide a user-friendly guide on the legal and financial aspects of employing a Nanny, including information on establishing a Nanny employment contract, continuing education for your Nanny, Nanny health insurance, and payroll and tax services. If for any reason, (other than family relocation), should the Nanny placement not work out within the first year of the original contract, A Nanny On The Net will provide a replacement Nanny at no additional charge to the family. This replacement Nanny shall be available for the remaining months of the first year of the original contract. If the replacement Nanny remains with the family beyond the remaining months of the first year of the original contract, A Nanny On The Net will charge the family a pro-rated placement fee. The pro-rated placement fee will become payable at the end of the first year of the original contract
