We represent childcare experts who have a true love for children and their well-being.   All of our caregivers are thoroughly screened and must have the following credentials: Minimum of three years childcare experience, verifiable childcare references, CPR/First Aid certification or willing to recerify, agree to background checks, and valid social security card.

Once you complete and submit your application, please print and sign both the credit card authorization form and the Agreement form and fax to us at
866-436-0222.   At that time, we will process the $150.00 application fee and begin the search for your caregiver.   Our finders fee is $1800.00 for full time or $2500.00 for a live in Caregiver, payable upon hire.   If you have any questions please call our corporate office at 888-436-0222.

Upon receipt of your application and agreement forms, we will contact you to get more details on what you are looking for in a caregiver and begin the prescreening process.   We will email you candidate profiles which we feel best meet the qualifications your family is seeking.   From this point, you will set up phone and personal interviews with the candidates you are interested in.   We are here to provide guidance and expertise to you throughout the interview and job offer process.   Once an offer has been proposed by you and accepted by the caregiver, we will draw up a contract and order the final background check on the candidate.

The salary of a childcare provider can vary based on years of experience, number of children under their care, living arrangements provided (if any) and job responsibilities.  On average, Nannies will earn between $10.00-$20.00 per hour or $450-$750 per week depending on the Nannky's experinence and job description. We refer to the INA Nanny Salary Guidelines.
